When Follet Open a new location in 2014, Intel Group was there to provide Follet with workforce solutions with a focus on sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and making placements.
Intel Group established more that 50 recruiters and supervision program to support Follet's needs. Not only did Strategic Talent International recruit talent needed to get operations running, but also provided candidates orientations and aided in the hiring process to keep things running smooth after the initial launch. Intel Group was there in every step of the way. Overall, Intel Group recruited more than 300 employees to meet demand.
Federal Companies
In 2011 Federal Companies needed a staffing partner to support their workforce needs at multiple national locations. Intel Group provided a full-service solution to identify candidates, fill positions, manage payroll processing, implement safety program and drug screening. Throughout the years Intel Group managed to keep operations running smooth and help our client to grow their business.
Illinois Policy Institute
Illinois Policy Institute is non-profit organization founded in Illinois. In 2013 -2014, Intel Group was contracted for support needed to launch the campaign. Intel Group was able to support the project with qualified candidates and solutions with great success. Intel Group had more than 150 seasonal employees working on this project on daily basis. Not only were we able to recruit top talent, we were successful in raising the bottom-line.
